• We offer state of the art training in home healthcare skills such as personal care, memory care, transferring, ambulation, light cooking, light cleaning, laundry, etc. Our NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) training is the best in the area!
• The program requires a 4-week commitment to include weekly In-Office Training at Home Instead Waretown, 60 Hours of Online Learning, 16 hours in-person Clinical training and a mentoring shift with an existing Home Instead CHHA.
• After you complete the training program and all of its requirements, you will be eligible to receive your NJ CHHA license from the NJ BON.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work with Home Instead clients in Southern Ocean/Northern Atlantic Counties, in towns such as Absecon, Atlantic City, Barnegat, Bayville, Egg Harbor Township, Forked River, Galloway, Lanoka Harbor, Little Egg Harbor, Long Beach Island, Manahawkin, Manchester Township, Pleasantville, Port Republic, Tuckerton, Waretown, West Creek, Whiting.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Successfully Pass a Federal Criminal Background Check and Drug Test
• Current Physical / TB Test
• MMR Verification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• NJ Residence
• NJ Driver's License
• Your own personal vehicle and valid car insurance

NOTE:

• Live – In caregivers are not required to have a driver's license or a car. We can help provide transportation directly from your home to your cases.
