We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in turf/lawn care , strong communication skills (phone, email, and text ), and a customer-focused mindset. You’ll be working through a predictive dialer system, reconnecting with current and past customers to renew services, resolve concerns, and upsell based on seasonal lawn needs. What You’ll Do:
As a Business Development Manager , your role will revolve around communication — not just over the phone, but also via email and texting platforms . You'll provide guidance, troubleshoot common issues, and retain customers by showing them the value of consistent lawn care.
Key Responsibilities:

• Use a predictive dialer to make outbound calls to current and previous customers.
• Communicate professionally and effectively via phone, email, and text messaging platforms .
• Recommend service renewals or upgrades based on seasonal lawn needs and treatment history.
• Leverage your turf knowledge to answer lawn care questions and provide expert advice.
• Retain customers by resolving concerns and reinforcing the benefits of our services.
• Accurately document interactions, outcomes, and follow-up tasks in our WEEMS software
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Who You Are:

• 1+ year of customer service or outbound sales experience.
• Turf, lawn care, landscaping, or green industry experience is preferred
• Strong communicator — comfortable and professional via phone, email, and texting platforms .
• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused with excellent listening skills.
• Organized, dependable, and results-driven.
• Comfortable using technology (CRM software, dialers, messaging tools, etc.).
