Business Development & Marketing Manager 

Are you a dynamic connector with deep roots in the builder and real estate community? Do you thrive on forging new relationships and turning introductions into long-term partnerships? If so, we want you on our team.

We’re a fast-growing company in the home improvement space looking for a Business Development & Marketing Manager who’s ready to hit the ground running. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to network with purpose, market with creativity, and drive growth through strategic outreach.

What You’ll Do

• Builder Relations : Attend all builder meetings—yes, even the after-hours ones. You’re the face of our brand in the builder community.
• Real Estate Outreach : Visit real estate offices, introduce our offerings, and get into office meetings to present our value.
• Marketing Strategy : Build and manage social media, PPC, create and manage in-house mailers for all new residential closings, print, TV, other advertising budget spend. You’ll own this from concept to execution.
• Designer Partnerships : Build and nurture relationships with interior designers to expand our referral network.
• Community Engagement : Represent us at Chamber of Commerce events, lead generation groups, and other networking opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in business development, marketing, or relationship management
• Strong existing relationships with builders, realtors, and designers in the New Hanover & Brunswick area
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter with a passion for networking and relationship-building
• Willingness to attend after-hours events and meetings
