We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our team in the renewable energy sector. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing a wide range of corporate events that support our mission to advance clean energy solutions. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for sustainability to every event they manage.

Position Responsibilities and Duties: - Assist with events including Executive meetings, jobsite events, conference receptions, client events, and team offsites.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Business Development, Talent Development, Operations, Executive leadership) to align event goals with business objectives.
- Coordinate all event logistics including sourcing, venue selection, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, catering, AV, team building.
- Assist with event registration software, tracking and reporting.
- Maintain event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on investment.
- Coordinate event branding, signage, and promotional materials in line with corporate identity.
- Track event performance metrics and prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues and industry partners.
- Ensure all events reflect the companys commitment to professionalism, innovation, and environmental responsibility.
Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in corporate event planning, or comparable industry position.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Event management platforms (ie. Cvent, Passkey, Eventbrite). Not required but encouraged.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and with external partners.
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to manage stress and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel for events.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for renewable energy.
