What Youll Do
This position is located in Houston, TX. Our intern program philosophy is to recruit once, hire twice with the hope to hire interns back into full-time or return internship roles.
The internship program assignments are 10-14 weeks in duration and are full-time, in-person internships. The summer 2026 internship is expected to begin on May 17, 2026.

The summer HR internship program serves as a pipeline into our various full-time HR opportunities, eventually progressing through our HR career path. This path has defined options to specialize in a single HR area of interest, develop in multiple areas of practice, or become an HR Business Partner. Training, experiences, and competencies are aligned with these paths, truly letting employees own their own career. Participants build working knowledge and develop the skills needed to realize our HR mission to serve as trusted advisor to employees and leadership by providing innovative people solutions that are aligned with the business needs and objectives.
