Job Description

Our client, a leader in the aerospace and engineering industry, is seeking a Lead Engineering Technician to join their team. As a Lead Engineering Technician, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting Enterprise and Aerospace Testing Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lead Engineering Technician
Location:  Clearwater, FL
Pay Range: $33.00/hr

What’s the Job?

• Perform hands-on testing of Inertial and Guidance Electronics products.
• Conduct dynamic, thermal, and functional testing.
• Set up, program, and operate specialized test equipment for Acceptance Test Procedures.
• Keep detailed test logs, follow procedures, and communicate shift information clearly.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians while ensuring lab safety and cleanliness.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with oscilloscopes, digital multi-meters, and power supplies.
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Ability to handle delicate hardware and circuit card assemblies.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
