Job Title: Industrial Painter
Job Description

Join a leading manufacturer of custom semi-trailers as an Industrial Painter. This role involves working on year-long contracts to support the uplift of building structures, including columns and ceilings, using advanced painting techniques. The company has experienced substantial growth, driven by the rise in online sales and shipping needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by performing necessary prep work, including sanding and cleaning.
• Mix and apply paints, including dryfall ceiling paint for ceilings and wet spray for building columns.
• Operate spray guns and other painting equipment efficiently.
• Train and guide other team members in painting techniques and processes when required.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of industrial painting experience.
• Proficiency in using spray guns and other painting tools.
• Experience with paint prep, mixing, and sanding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in a paint booth or auto body environment is advantageous.

Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Stoughton, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
