???? P ay: $24.00 - $29.00 / hour - based on experience

What You’ll Do

As a Parts Counter Person, you’ll be the go-to expert helping customers and our shop team get the parts they need. You will:

• Assist retail and shop customers with parts needs in a friendly, professional way
• Provide price quotes, answer questions, and manage backorders
• Pull, fill, and ship orders accurately
• Order out-of-stock and special parts as needed
• Keep customers updated on order status
• Support outside sales and internal service teams
• Receive payments, process credits, and maintain records
• Help track inventory and keep counter areas organized
• Stay current on new products and training opportunities
• Promote safety, teamwork, and a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For

• One year certificate from College or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Customer-service focus and strong communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Valid Driver’s License required (must meet company insurability standards)

Physical Requirements

• Regular standing & walking
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs)

Bonus Points For:

• Prior parts, automotive, or mechanical experience
• ASE or Truck Parts Certifications (preferred, not required)
