• Gloversville: 49 miles from Albany; 195 miles from NYC
• Johnstown: 46 miles from Albany; 191 miles from NYC
• Mayfield: 50 miles from Albany; 194 miles from NYC
Position Details:
• Full-time
• Permanent position
• Outpatient
• Seeking Pediatric/Family Nurse Practitioners for busy Pediatric practices in Gloversville, Mayfield, and Johnstown.
• The Pediatric/Family NP will join a team of Physicians and other NPs seeing outpatients for Preventive Care and sick call and may attend to the network of school based health centers.
• While Pediatric experience is desirable, an FNP with the strong desire to specialize in Pediatrics will be considered. Most of the team began this way. The current Pediatricians are committed to working with the Nurse Practitioners to complement and round out their skills and the busy practices.
• These positions are office only but may require fill in telephone call coverage.

• The system has a network of 11 centers, most recently opening one in Broadalbin, NY this past April. Will be opening one in Perth/Amsterdam next year that will be open access Primary Care, with Quick N Sick
(our version of Urgent Care) working 7 days a week. The group has an outpatient Endoscopy Center as well.
