Position Summary

Were looking for an experienced, high-energy Recruiter to join our team! This role is responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process , from sourcing and screening to interviews and extending offers, for a variety of positions. In our fast-paced, high-volume environment, youll balance efficiency with an exceptional candidate experience , ensuring that every applicant feels valued and engaged throughout the process. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and team culture.
• Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, networking, referrals, social media, etc.).
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide timely and professional communication to all candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Paylocity.
• Meet or exceed recruiting metrics for time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
• Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.
• Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives.

Requirements

• 24 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage candidates and build relationships with hiring managers.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting tools.
• Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

What To Expect Day To Day

• Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend availability required during peak hiring periods or urgent staffing needs.
• The role requires frequent use of a computer, including extended periods of screen time for virtual meetings, candidate tracking, and communication.
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, often with tight deadlines.
• Occasional travel may be required for job fairs and recruiting events
• Must be comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information and exercising sound judgment.
