Essential Job Functions

• Promotes the Centralized Recruiting Process by providing guidance to Store Managers on how to efficiently execute the program.
• Sourcing candidates through various channels including online job posting sites, job fairs, and career workshops.
• Conducting virtual interviews via phone or Skype for Assistant Store Managers and Manager-in-Training candidates.
• Managing background checks by updating the database daily and determining next steps.
• Communicating with Market Managers upon interview completion and coordinating second interviews.
• Facilitating internal job fairs and career workshops to promote engagement and talent development.
• Responding promptly to all hiring and recruiting inquiries.
• Contributing to HR team goals using the ASANA task management system.
• Handling end-to-end recruiting for non-store roles, including screening, background checks, reference checks, offer letters, and orientation.
• Participating in college and university job fairs to support recruitment efforts.
• Conducting new hire orientations as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned, which may vary over time.

Physical Demands

• Ability to communicate effectively with store managers, associates, candidates, and external stakeholders.
• Work under deadlines, interruptions, and stress.
• Remain stationary for long periods and operate a computer keyboard.
• Position self to access workspace and files.
• Observe screens accurately and handle office equipment.
• Use hands to grasp and handle items, and occasionally stand, walk, and reach.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure independently and in teams.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to gather, assess, organize, audit, and verify data.
• College background preferred but not mandatory.

Working Conditions

Normal office environment with outdoor exposure when in the field. Long hours, weekends, and holidays may be required.
