The Tasting Room Manager has overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the Tasting Room, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, wine sales, customer relations, facility management, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retaining team members, financial accountability, and ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer.Essential Job Functions:
Manages all customer service aspects relating to tasting room operations
Leads all aspects of Team Member Management:
Responsible for the Financial Results of the tasting room:

Education/Experience:
Must have a degree in business or two years’ experience, including Profit & Loss responsibility.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and taste or smell. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Work Schedule:
A minimum of 40 hours per week is required, but more time may be required when needed.
This position will require you to be available days, nights, weekends, and have the flexibility to work at our other locations when needed, including off-site events.
