About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Policy and Advocacy to lead a transformative approach in these critical areas. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of developing and implementing robust policy and advocacy strategies, with a focus on humanitarian and development issues, particularly in the context of conflict, forced displacement, and overseas aid reform. This role involves leading two global teams - a Policy & Solutions team and an Advocacy & Influence team - and requires a strategic leader with a graduate degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of experience. The VP will be responsible for setting policy and advocacy priorities, leading cross-functional teams, and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders to secure tangible change for the company's clients. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include strategic leadership, analysis, and policy development, as well as external engagement and influence. The role demands a candidate with excellent political judgment, a deep understanding of political and policy dynamics, and a proven track record in leading effective global advocacy strategies. The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. A strong commitment to gender equality, diversity, and inclusion, as well as a passion for the company's mission, is essential. The VP will also be expected to steward a culture of gender equality, diversity, and inclusion within the organization and in the policy solutions and influence strategies developed.
