What You Will Enjoy Doing

Main Responsibilities:

• Create Video training materials for Downstream automation equipment
• Create written procedure for downstream equipment
• Create Visual management for machine specific tasks and operations
• Facility training at NOAM Plants based on created Training materials
• Evaluate skills set and retention of training material with Plant Employees
• Identify opportunities for improvement based on plant performance
• Create, Maintain and grow downstream training material and courses
• Ability to adapt delivery method to different trainee skill levels

What Makes You Great

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: In documentation and training facilitation in a manufacturing environment along with mechanical aptitude

Skills:

• Proficient computer and video creation skills
• Basic Mechanical skills
• Ability to explain difficult technical concepts in a way which is easy to understand
• Ability to facilitate technical equipment training
• Ability to drive continuous training improvements and initiatives
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to adapt own behavioral style to work effectively with diverse trainee behaviors
• Ability to plan and self-manage execution of training creation

Certifications/Licenses: 10-hour OSHA training

Other Requirements: Up to 80% travel
